Eu queria lugares na bancada, com lugares sentados e paguei o valor que foi solicitado. Ao enviarem bilhetes diferentes tinham que o justificar ou devolver o valor que foi pago a mais.

Revejo nestes procedimentos um comportamento fraudulento que vou denunciar pelas mais diversas formas. Estou indignada!

I send you a money: VG Ektor Tix, -3 674,11 CZK. It was done on 26.7.2021.

But I did not get a email confirmation, on your website on my account I do not see my order and I do not have tickets.

Please, can you help me?

I cannot contact you on the phone. There is automatic answer, that you are bussy and info, that I have to contact you on your website, what is imposible.

Compra de bilhetes no site Vigogo

Paguei por eles o total 244, 39 €, incluindo taxas de serviço, - 4,95 €; taxa de reserva 51,76 € e de IVA 11,90 €. Nos bilhetes enviados consta o preço unitário de 40,00 €. Verifiquei entretanto que os lugares estão errados. Consta nos bilhetes a indicação de balcão 2 sector 9 (II) fila C,. Indicaram também os números das cadeiras, o número 20 e o número 22 e não foi isso o que escolhi.

Eu escolhi o balcão 2, sector 7 fila C, e no site não indicavam o número das cadeiras...

Pretendo saber a que se devem estes erros, que de imediato me deixa preocupada.
