During the purchase process, I entered my email address, but the order was completed in guest mode.
As of today, I am unable to access my tickets or any information related to the purchase.

Wrong tickets and still got charged. Customer care Kevin has told me I was not being charged due to a site error.
The next day I got charged and the situation was not sorted. No emails with solutions. Very bad company.
I wouldn't recommend. Now I have made a police complaint and will advance with legal charges.

Ich habe am 8. Oktober 2023 bei Ihnen für die Veranstaltung "Gernot Kulis - Best of 20 Jahre Ö3-Callboy für
Mittwoch, 08 November 2023 8 Karten (Bestellnummer 52399****) zum Preis von à 54,-- gekauft.
Es erfolgte heute die Zustellung der Karten. Auf den Karten ist ein Preis von je 34,30 angegeben. Sie haben mir die Karten offensichtlich zu einem weit überhöhten Preis verrechnet.
Ich beantrage daher die Rücküberweisung des überhöhten Kaufpreises in Höhe von je 19,70, das sind in Summe 157,60 auf mein Konto

No dia 04 de abril de 2022 comprei 3 bilhetes para o espetáculo dos YUNGBLUD, a realizar no Campo Pequeno, LISBOA, no dia 30 de abril de 2022. Foi efetuado o pagamento de 164,15 que seriam o valor correspondente a 3 bilhetes para a bancada com lugares sentados.
Hoje dia 07 de abril 2022, via correio expresso, recebi 3 bilhetes para plateia em pé, com valor de 30 euros cada.
Eu queria lugares na bancada, com lugares sentados e paguei o valor que foi solicitado. Ao enviarem bilhetes diferentes tinham que o justificar ou devolver o valor que foi pago a mais.
Revejo nestes procedimentos um comportamento fraudulento que vou denunciar pelas mais diversas formas. Estou indignada!

Sou portuguesa e espero não ter caído num logro total de burla.
A questão é esta:
Comprei 2 bilhetes para o dia 14 de Março de 2018, para a sala de espectáculos Altice Arena, em Lisboa, para o espectáculo de André Rieu, ao preço de 88,00 € cada, através do site Viagogo.
Paguei por eles o total 244, 39 €, incluindo taxas de serviço, - 4,95 €; taxa de reserva 51,76 € e de IVA 11,90 €. Nos bilhetes enviados consta o preço unitário de 40,00 €. Verifiquei entretanto que os lugares estão errados. Consta nos bilhetes a indicação de balcão 2 sector 9 (II) fila C,. Indicaram também os números das cadeiras, o número 20 e o número 22 e não foi isso o que escolhi.
Eu escolhi o balcão 2, sector 7 fila C, e no site não indicavam o número das cadeiras...
Pretendo saber a que se devem estes erros, que de imediato me deixa preocupada.
Pretendo urgente rectificação.
